In early 2020 prior to the pandemic, the AGC Staff decided to come up with an award to recognize a Volunteer of the Year among our members, and wanted to honor one of the most committed member volunteers and industry leaders in our Chapter’s history by naming the award after him, Mr. William H. Scott III.
