AGC Houston Member Safety Excellence Awards

Call for Entries Deadline: May 21, 2012

Entry requirements include: 
Any AGC Houston Specialty Contractor (Subcontractor) Member may apply or may be nominated by a General Contractor. All submittal instructions must be followed. 

Award categories include: 
Awards will be presented to one larger* Specialty Contractor member company and one smaller* Specialty Contractor member company. 
*Size determinations will be made after receipt of entries. 

Submittal Instructions: 
1. Complete this submittal form and return it to Doug Watson, Director of Safety Services, AGC Houston, no later than 5:00 P.M. on May 21, 2012.
2. Attach a brief, one-page, typed statement of why the company's safety program deserves an award

Awards will be presented at the Mid-Year Meeting at the Junior League of Houston on June 20, 2012.
