Donate to the AGC Houston PAC

Contributions are not tax deductible.
Donated Funds may be either from an L.L.P., L.P., L.C., L.L.C., P.C., LTD., or an individual. Funds from corporations (INC. or CORP.) cannot be accepted. Checks should be made payable to “Houston AGC PAC.”
The maximum contribution is $5,000 per individual per calendar year.
We CANNOT accept:
- Contributions from foreign nationals. Foreign nationals are persons who are neither citizens of the United States nor lawfully admitted for permanent residence. "Green card" holders are permitted to contribute.
- Contributions in the name of another. You may only contribute from your own personal funds (or the funds of your spouse/partner, in the case of a joint contribution).

Contribution to Political Action Committee can only be made using INDIVIDUAL fund. Corporate fund will be considered donations to the AGC Houston Chapter general fund to be used for other Government / Advocacy activities.
